Auth-Florence 4C Horizontal Mail Systems are designed to meet or exceed the USPS specifications for Mailbox Security. USPS STD-4C compliant mailbox systems are mandatory on all NEW CONSTRUCTION and MAJOR RENOVATIONS as of October 5, 2006.The 4C standard requires a minimum of 1 parcel locker to each 10 tenant compartments.
